About Thief
Thief Brewing are a small, family-owned microbrewery dedicated to sustainable brewing, under the expert guidance of chief brewer, Ethan Bowmar.
Perched in the fertile valleys of Banks Peninsula, Thief has developed over years of yarns with the misfits and maladjusted who share a passion for bold and hoppy craft brews. They have a strong focus on local and sustainable brewing - with waste processed on-site, reducing their carbon footprint, and returning nutrients to land to support upcoming biodiversity enhancement.
